No — that is the app being careful. Before it will compare a factor against a symptom it needs at least ten days where you marked that factor and ten days where you did not. Until both sides are there, the page shows how close each one is rather than a result it cannot stand behind. Most people see a first finding somewhere after three weeks of daily records, sooner if they imported history from another app.
Steady
Support
A record you keep, and can take with you.
Steady is a symptom and trigger log for people living with one or more chronic conditions. It takes about thirty seconds a day, works entirely offline, and will tell you when it does not know something instead of guessing.
Common questions
Steady has no account and no cloud copy, which means moving is something you do deliberately. On the old phone open Setup, tap Save a backup, and put the file somewhere you will find it again. On the new phone install Steady, open Setup, and tap Restore. Restoring replaces everything currently in the app, so do it before you start recording on the new phone.
Export a CSV from the other app, then in Steady open Setup and tap Import a CSV. Steady works out the shape of the file and shows you every symptom and factor it found, so you can confirm what each one is before anything is written. Importing only adds — if a day already has a score in Steady, yours is kept.
Open the iPhone Settings app, find Steady, and allow Notifications. Then set the reminder again in Steady's Setup tab. Reminders are scheduled by your iPhone itself, so they keep working with no signal and in Airplane Mode.
It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no trial to forget to cancel, and no recurring charge. Everything you record stays free forever — every score, the calendar, the charts at any range, the CSV export, and the strongest pattern in your record. Pro unlocks the rest of the analysis and the doctor's report. Bought it before, or changed phones? Tap Restore purchases in Setup. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Write to rh418899@gmail.com. A reply usually comes within two business days. If the app showed you an error line, include it — it says where things went wrong.
Not medical advice
Steady describes what is in your own record and nothing more. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it will not tell you what to do about what it finds. A pattern in your record is a question worth asking your clinician, not an answer. Never change how you take a medication because of something you read here or in the app.
